Sandhani Asset Management Limited (SAML) is a subsidiary company of reputed Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL), a company listed with both Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchanges. As part of its commitment towards the development of capital market, SLICL has taken the initiative to expand its operation in the segment of mutual fund and alternative investment fund management through its subsidiary, Sandhani Asset Management Limited. The company is duly registered with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms on 11 March 2021 and obtained necessary approval from Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority of Bangladesh (IDRA).
