About Us

Sandhani AML is a subsidiary company of reputed Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited (SLIC). As part of its commitment towards the development of capital market, SLIC has taken the initiative to expand its operation in the segment of mutual fund management through its subsidiary, Sandhani AML which is duly registered with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms on 11 March 2021 and obtained necessary approval from Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority of Bangladesh (IDRA). Sandhani AML awarded the Asset Management license from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) on 17 August 2021.
